Ruang Teduh: Integrasi Art Therapy dan Media Digital sebagai Strategi Destigmatisasi Kesehatan Mental di Papua

Stigma kesehatan mental masih menjadi hambatan besar dalam upaya pemulihan psikososial, terutama di wilayah yang akses terhadap layanan kesehatan mental belum merata seperti Papua. Pendekatan klinis sering kali belum sepenuhnya menjangkau dimensi sosial, kultural, dan emosional masyarakat, sehingga diperlukan strategi berbasis komunitas yang lebih terbuka, humanis, dan mudah diterima oleh anak muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran program Ruang Teduh sebagai ruang kreatif non-klinis yang mengintegrasikan art therapy, afirmasi visual, narasi puitik, dan media digital untuk mendukung destigmatisasi kesehatan mental di Jayapura. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus fenomenologis. Data diperoleh melalui observasi kegiatan, dokumentasi visual, narasi peserta, wawancara, serta pengamatan terhadap publikasi digital RRI Jayapura. Program ini melibatkan Indonesia Art Movement, Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual ISBI Tanah Papua, dokter muda, RRI Jayapura, serta peserta remaja dan dewasa muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ruang Teduh membentuk ruang aman kultural yang memungkinkan peserta mengekspresikan emosi tanpa tekanan klinis. Stimulus digital berupa kalimat afirmatif, praktik pembuatan pin, dan penulisan narasi puitik membantu peserta mengubah pengalaman batin menjadi artefak visual yang personal. Publikasi melalui Instagram Reels dan kanal digital RRI Jayapura turut memperluas pesan edukatif serta menggeser narasi kesehatan mental dari stigma menuju penerimaan sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi seni, media digital, dan kolaborasi komunitas dapat menjadi model awal destigmatisasi kesehatan mental yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan relevan bagi konteks Papua.
